As part of the VgV negotiation process with an upstream participant competition, the specialist planning building planning and TGA (electrical) for the LP 5 - 8 according to HOAI 2021 are awarded.

At the municipal council meeting on September 28, 2020, the administration was commissioned to structurally implement the overall renovation of the office building with the incorporation of the citizens' office. The basic assessment as well as the preliminary and draft planning (LPH 1-3) have been completed. At the moment we are in the approval phase (LPH 4), the building application (Annex 04) and the application for monument protection approval (Annex 05) were submitted on March 1st, 2021 by the AB Petzold and Schmidt and are in the official examination.

According to procurement law, planning services from the currently valid threshold of EUR 214,000.00 (net) are to be tendered throughout Europe. The VgV applies. The costs for the building planner as well as the specialist planner for electrical engineering amount to approx. 327,000 EUR net for the total renovation of the office building with the installation of the citizens' office. The city of Weingarten is therefore obliged to carry out an EU-wide tender in 2 lots.

To realize the construction project, a building planner and high-performance specialists from the electrical engineering department are required for LPH 5-9, who will provide the respective services in accordance with the HOAI version 2021.
