1.The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for PGL LP organisational units in the form of a joint contract pursuant to Article 38 (1) of the Public Procurement Law Act. Estimated consumption during the term of the contract - 34207,816 [MWh] 2.This procedure will be carried out in accordance with Article 139 (1) and (3) and (4) of the Law Pzp (reversed procedure) .3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts pursuant to Article 214 (1) (8) of the Law Pzp.
1.The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for PGL LP organisational units (listed in Annexes No 1 to SWZ) in the form of a joint contract pursuant to Article 38 (1) of the Public Procurement Law Act.
2.Electricity supply includes the purchase and sale of electricity for the energy collection points indicated in Annex 3 to SWZ.
3.Electricity supplies will be carried out between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022.
4.The Contractor must have electricity trading concessions issued by the President of the URE valid for the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022.
5.The Contractor must have a General Distribution Agreement concluded with the Distribution System Operator in force during the period of execution of the subject of the contract.
6.The sale of electricity will take place through the distribution network belonging to the DSO:

under the conditions laid down by the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law, in accordance with the applicable regulations to the law, the provisions of the Civil Code, the rules set out in the concessions, the provisions of the SWZ and the price of electricity presented in the offer.
7. In this proceeding, the energy collection points where the photovoltaic installation is installed. The Contractor undertakes to repurchase electricity generated according to the average weighted monthly price of BASE for the Day Ahead Market published on www.tge.pl in the “Monthly Report” by the Commodity Exchange of Energy (TGE) for the billing cycle concerned.
8. In this proceeding, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor indicate the price of electricity intended for 22 kW installations for charging electric vehicles.
