Every year, Västtrafik organizes a number of events with the help of an event agency. The events can be, for example, internal and external meetings, staff conferences or inaugurations of Västtrafik's new travel centre.

Västtrafik is looking for a partner in events that can deliver Västtrafik's brand to various stakeholders in innovative ways. The event agency assignment includes being able to project manage, plan, prepare and execute large and small events from idea to implementation, but also smaller parts of an assignment such as being advisory or only providing parts of an event assignment, such as sound, light and stage. Close collaboration with Västtrafik, collaboration with other suppliers and active participation in the design of the activity are important components of the commitment.

Primarily, most events will take place in the municipality of Gothenburg, but also around Västra Götaland.
