1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive winter maintenance in the city
Rabka-Zdrój and winter maintenance of passability in the Villages of Chabówka, Ponice and Rdzawka in the winter season 2023-2024.
2. This order has been divided into 7 (seven) lots.
3. The contracting authority divided the contract into the following lots:
Part I – Winter maintenance of roads, roadsides and bus bays in the city and municipality of Rabka-Zdrój.
Part II – Winter maintenance of pavements and pedestrian routes in the city
and the municipality of Rabka-Zdrój.
Part III – Winter maintenance of passability in the Słone district.
Part IV – Winter maintenance of traffic in the Zaryte district.
Part V – Winter maintenance of passability in the area of the Village of Ponice,
Part VI – Winter maintenance of passability in the area of the Village of Rdzawka,
Part VII – Winter maintenance of passability in the area of the Chabówka Village.
Winter maintenance of roads, roadsides and bus bays in the city and municipality of Rabka-Zdrój1. The subject matter of the contract for Part I includes the maintenance of roads, shoulders and bus bays in the city and municipality of Rabka-Zdrój.
2. As part of the contract, it is planned to provide a winter road maintenance service and, if necessary, to perform a snow removal service and perform additional services, i.e.:
- post-winter cleaning in accordance with the list "List of roads, roadsides and bus bays in the city and municipality of Rabka-Zdrój"
− post-winter cleaning in accordance with the list "List of roads, roadsides and bus bays in the city and municipality of Rabka-Zdrój"
3. The Contractor shall perform the subject matter of the contract only in the case of occurrence of weather phenomena qualifying the necessity of providing the service, i.e. snowfall or slippery conditions.
4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to suspend and resume winter maintenance due to favourable weather conditions without consequences resulting from the application of contractual penalties. In the event of suspension of winter maintenance, the Contractors are not entitled to remuneration.
5. During the suspension of the winter maintenance campaign, the Contracting Authority may order the Contractor to maintain the passability of roads and eliminate slippery conditions on the roads
and pavements by the use of abrasive materials, especially in driveways and intersections.
6. During the performance of the subject matter of the contract, without the need for notification by the Contracting Authority, the Contractor will be obliged to commence the performance of the subject of the contract immediately after the occurrence of atmospheric phenomena such as snowfall, wind, blizzard, black ice, etc.
7. For the purpose of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall receive GPS transmitters free of charge from the Contracting Authority, which will be obliged to turn on the
at the start of work. To confirm the performance of the service.
8. The recording from the GPS transmitter will be a confirmation of the completion of the subject of the order.

Winter maintenance of sidewalks and pedestrian routes in the city and municipality of Rabka-Zdrój1. The subject matter of the contract for part II includes the maintenance of pavements and pedestrian routes in the city and municipality of Rabka-Zdrój.
2. As part of the contract, it is planned to provide a winter road maintenance service and, if necessary, to perform a snow removal service and perform additional services, i.e.:
