Solihull Community Housing (SCH) is looking to appoint suitable providers of hotel/Bed and Breakfast temporary accommodation to support our homelessness service.

The provider will be required to provide rooms to provide temporary accommodation for homeless individuals / families whilst permanent accommodation can be arranged.

It is anticipated that the contract shall commence 3.3.2015

The proposed contract term is for a period of 12 months with an option to extend, subject to performance, by up-to a further 3 x 12 month period.

The contract value is estimated to be 200 000 GBP per annum.

The successful contractor is to be selected through a formal tender process.

In order to be considered for this project contractors must express an interest in this tender.

The closing date for the expression of interest is no later than 12:00 noon on 5.12.2014. Expression of interest must be through electronic tendering site at www.csw-jets.co.uk E-mail or written expressions of interest will not be accepted, the electronic site is the only accepted method for expressing an interest.
