The tenderer may submit a tender for either one or both areas.

The contract period is scheduled to start on 1.8.2023. The starting schedule is an estimate and the procurement contract is created only after the signing of a written contract, the contract ends on 31.7.2025 and it is allowed to be extended as options in accordance with the invitation to tender.

For the wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia (PPHVA), the units located in Raahe

will join the agreement on 1.8.2024 and the units located in Kalajoki on 1.3.2024

after the termination of their contracts.

PPP-Köökki Oy's Taivalkoski units join the agreement with their own agreement

after expiration (current contract valid from 2020 to 2024).

PPE-Köökki Oy's units join the agreements after the termination of their own contracts

after 2024.
