The purpose of this contract is to develop all the necessary services for the management of the school canteen service in 144 public educational centers, dependent on the Ministry, distributed in 24 lots defined in the terms included in the technical specifications (hereinafter PPT), for the courses 2023/2024 and 2024/2025.
The school canteen service includes, on the one hand, everything related to the preparation and distribution of the lunch menus, their storage in the proper conditions of hygiene and food safety until their consumption by the users, preparation of the tables, plates, glasses, cutlery, napkins, drinks and everything necessary to consume the menu, as well as the removal and cleaning of the same after the meal, and the cleaning of tables and dining room, as defined in clause 1 of the PPT, and on the other, the assistance and care of students both in the time allocated to lunch and before and after.
