The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the purchase of printing services for the Communication area within Region Västernorrland. The framework agreement will be divided into three (3) areas.

Area 1 - Printed matter. The Buyer intends to sign agreements with two (2) Suppliers.

Area 2 - Household newspaper. The Buyer intends to sign an agreement with one (1) Supplier.

Area 3 - Business and time cards. The Buyer intends to sign an agreement with one (1) Supplier.

Template for Framework Agreement.

The assignment does not include expo material such as signs and profile items, nor printing and warehousing of Region Västernorrland's public envelopes with logo.

The agreement runs for two (2) years from March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2026. The buyer has the right, with unchanged terms, to extend the agreement for one (1) year at a time, but no longer than two (2) years, i.e. no later than February 29, 2028.
