Global outsourcing services for distributed and centralized information systems (including: resource management, project development, maintenance of existing and future equipment, user support, etc.), fre of GPSO equipment and materials. It must also enable the convergence, pooling and optimization of all the technical or human resources mobilized on all these activities, in order to improve the quality of service and minimize operating and investment costs. The contract is not allocated because all the services constitute a homogeneous whole which must be performed by a single economic operator in order for them to be properly performed. It is a framework agreement for a single contractor for services on the basis of flat-rate unit and unit prices. It has a firm term of 4 years. It has no minimum amount but with a maximum amount of 5,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax over the period (4 years).the operational start takes place on 01/08/2024
