The work mainly consists of:

- preparatory work,

- the installation, maintenance and removal of traffic measures,

- cleaning the site;

- carrying out maintenance measures sewerage

- processing foundations;

- the installation of asphalt pavements;

- the application of element pavements;

- the inclusion of road and street furniture;

- the installation of road and street furniture;

- marking

- carrying out additional works;

- maintaining the works.

The work to be carried out located in Cadier en Keer is roughly lined by the streets Kapelweg, Prins Willem Alexanderstraat, Bemelerweg and the Groenerein located in Cadier and Keer. The Groenerein, Bemelerweg incl. side streets, Paadje Boenderdelsvoetpad towards buffer and the Prins Willem Alexanderstraat are part of the working area.

This project roughly concerns the following activities:

• The construction of a sustainable separate drainage system;

• Strengthening existing green structures;

• Greening the district;

• Setting up a number of meeting places for young and old;

• The sustainable safe design of the main and residential streets;

• Replacing all pavements.
