Catering service to be provided at the company canteens located in the offices of ATAC SpA, and of the following activities: catering service for extraordinary events — extraordinary maintenance of equipment — supply and installation equipment — additional cleaning and disinfestation. The amounts indicated in point II.2.6) (e), (f), g), (h) above will be paid to a measure only if and to the extent that the assets are ordered without the contractor being able to demand anything in the if part or all of the activities are not executed; the amounts are not subject to downside and will be used up to their maximum according to costs and price lists as described in specifications.

The catering service will include:

1) the express preparation and administration of meals at the canteens of Prenestina and Osteria del Curato;

2) the preparation of meals at the production center, located at the site of Osteria del Curato and the administration in connection with “fresh/hot” at the canteens of Magliana Vecchia, Grottarossa, Tor Sapienza , Tor Loaf, Porta Maggiore and Portonaccio;

3) catering service for extraordinary events;

4) maintenance of equipment;

5) the supply and installation of new equipment for the provision of the service.

The value of the tendering contract shall be EUR 2 986 104,45, calculated by adding the amount of service per fee and the amount of the service not included in the fee and to be paid to a measure (given by the product between the alleged total number of meals of No 341 280 for an unsurpassed bid price of EUR 2,70), more than EUR 1 032,70 as security charges not subject to a decline in tendering. Labour costs are estimated at EUR 1 479 261,20.
