Bredbåndsfylket AS will supply communication services to Troms og Finnmark County's locations in Finnmark.

All communication must be delivered to existing fibre termination cupboards. Bredbåndsfylket will be the legal contract party for the tenderer. The final users of the services are employees or customers of Bredbåndsfylket, including employees, politicians, and school pupils in the county or municipal sector.

Bredbåndsfylket would like a tenderer of all communication and will enter into a contract for 1 year, with an option to extend for up to 2 years. It is a prerequisite that any establishment costs will be included in the monthly price for the first 12 months, and that prices and terms for any contract extension will be excluding establishment costs.

The broadband system must be flexible as regards changes in the contracting authority's activities, by relocating or terminating activities. Locations that are relocated or terminated must be able to leave the contract with three months notice. An early redemption fee will not be included as long as the total number of locations subject to termination during the agreement period does not exceeds 20 %. The fee must be exceed the remaining establishment cost in the contract period + 10 %.

All communication must be taken into use by 1 December 2021. Any delays from sub-suppliers will be at the tenderer's risk.
