The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement with an economic operator for the hosting and application operation of the existing websites of some ministries of the state of Baden-Württemberg on the basis of the CMS system pirobase.
The client needs a partner for the hosting and application operation of the existing websites of some ministries of the state of Baden-Württemberg based on the CMS system pirobase. These appearances run as a multi-tenant pirobase CMS with approx. 900 appearances, approx. 3000 registered users and up to 1.5 million views per day.
The estimated purchase quantities for the following services during the term of the contract are estimated as follows:
- Application server (productive): 3 pieces
- Database server (productive): 3 pieces
- Application server (test): 1 piece
- Database server (test): 1 piece
- Storage pro GB: 1000
- Backup Storage pro GB: 800
- Operation load balancer: 1
- Extended security services, e.g. to defend against DDoS attacks (see point 2 of Annex 2 to the contract - service description): 1
- Services / change requests outside of regular operation (quantity per month): 40
- Extension of the TLA rights of use licenses by 1 year after 4 years with SW maintenance: 1 piece
- estimated effort of the contractor for the takeover of the system from the previous provider according to point 2.1 of the service description (estimated one-time expense approx. 30 PT): Lump sum
