Framework agreement for the rehabilitation of housing on the assets of the Semader, Sidr, Cdc Hom and Sodiac consortium

The consultation concerns the refurbishment work in the heritage housing units of the Semader/Sidr/Cdc Hom/Sodiac group. The coordinator of the order group is: Semader. The contract takes the form of a multi-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with no minimum and with a maximum amount over the entire duration of the framework agreement and all lots combined, defined as follows (euro(s) excl. VAT):

Lot 1 (South-West): EUR 3,420,000.00 excl. VAT

Lot 2 (West): EUR 4,645,800.00 excl. VAT

Lot 3 (Le Port): EUR 3,925,000.00 excl. VAT

lot 4 (Sud): EUR 3 850 000,00 HT

Lot 5 (East): EUR 5,625,000.00 excl. VAT

lot 6 (North-East): EUR 4,775,000.00 excl. VAT

Lot 7 (Saint-Denis): 4 720 000,00 EUR HT

lot 8 (Sainte-Clotilde Upper Part): EUR 3,505,000.00 excl. VAT

lot 9 (Sainte-Clotilde Lower Part): EUR 7,385,000.00 excl. VAT

maximum amount for the duration of the framework agreement (4 years): EUR 41 850 800.00 excl. VAT

South West sector

Lot 1 concerns the restoration work in the Group's heritage housing units located in the South-West sector: Etang-Salé, La Chaloupe St-Leu, Saint-Leu, Les Avirons, Trois Bassins, La Rivière, Saint-Louis, Cilaos. Number of successful tenderers per lot: 4.

West sector

Lot 2 concerns the restoration work in the heritage housing units of the Group located in the West sector: La possession (Sidr Semader Cdc), Saint-Paul, Saint-Gilles Les Hauts.

Number of successful tenderers per lot: 4.

The Port

Lot 3 concerns the restoration work in the heritage housing of the Group located in the Le Port sector: Le Port, La Possession (Sodiac).

Number of successful tenderers per lot: 4.

South sector

Lot 4 concerns the restoration work in the Group's heritage housing units located in the southern sector: Le Tampon, Petite Ile, Ravine des Cabris, Saint-Joseph, Saint-Philippe, Saint-Pierre.

Number of successful tenderers per lot: 4.

East sector

Lot 5 concerns the restoration work in the heritage housing units of the Group located in the East sector: Bras Panon, La Plaine des Palmistes, Saint-André (Sidr + Cdch), Saint-Anne, Saint-Benoit, Salazie.

Northeast sector

Lot 6 concerns the restoration work in the heritage housing units of the Groupement located in the North-East sector: Sainte-Marie, Sainte-Suzanne, Saint-André (Semader).

St Denis

Lot 7 concerns the restoration work in the heritage housing of the Group located in the municipality of Saint-Denis de La Réunion: Saint-Denis ville, La Montagne, Bellepierre, La source.

Sainte-Clotilde Upper Part

Lot 8 concerns the restoration work in the heritage housing of the Group located in the municipality of Sainte-Clotilde (upper part): Champ Fleuri, Montgaillard, Vauban, Camelias.

Sainte-Clotilde Lower Part

Lot 8 concerns the restoration work in the heritage housing of the Group located in the municipality of Sainte-Clotilde (lower part): Le Chaudron, Moufia, La Bretagne, Primat, Rivière des Pluies.
