The City of Espoo (later also a subscriber) is requesting a quote for management and brokerage services for passenger and material transportation. A more detailed description of the service is given in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender.

The agreement is provisionally scheduled to begin on August 1, 2019, however, so that the agreement does not enter into force until the date of signature. The contract is valid until further notice. Initially, the brokerage and management service must be phased in by August 31, 2019.

The target of the acquisition is a transport brokerage and management service in the Western Uusimaa region (Espoo, Hanko, Inkoo, Kirkkonummi, Kauniainen, Lohja, Raasepori, Siuntio and Karviainen Municipal Association (incl. Karkkila and Vihti)).

The City of Espoo will make the procurement decision on behalf of all the above mentioned municipalities and the joint municipal council. On the basis of the competition, one (1) service provider and one (1) alternate supplier will be selected.
