The Procurement Services of the City of Turku's Group Administration invites tenders for the maintenance and repair of kitchen appliances in the municipalities of Masku and Vehmaa, as well as in the municipalities of Kaarina, Lieto, Loimaa, Naantali, Paimio, Raisio and the City of Turku for the period 1.1.2023 (target) - 31.12.2024, after which the contracts can be extended on the original terms for one (1) + one (1) year for the periods 1.1.2025 - 31.12.2025 and 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2026 (options). Options are a right of the Subscriber, not an obligation.

The acquisition is divided into five (5) subdivisions as follows:

Sub-area 1 Prefabrication equipment (general machinery, vegetable cutters, nuts, hand blenders, scales, etc.) and coffee-making equipment

Subdivision 2 Cooking appliances

Subdivision 3 Ovens, cookers, griddles, frying pans

Subdivision 4 Distribution furniture (neutral, cold and warm)

Subdivision 5 Washing appliances (dishwashers, granular washing machines)

Framework agreements are concluded for the procurement in all areas with one (1) Service Provider, for which two (2) deputy service providers are selected.

As a rule, backup service providers will be used in order of affordability in situations where the primary Service Provider is unable to provide the service, for example due to the Service Provider's delivery capacity, lack of resources or similar situations.

If the delivery capabilities of the primary service provider and the backup service providers are not sufficient, the Customer reserves the right to use service providers outside the contract.

Prefabrication equipment that can be serviced / repaired includes, for example: universal machines, vegetable cutters, nuts, hand blenders and scales, as well as coffee-making equipment, for example. glass pot coffee makers, table coffee makers and so-called coffee makers. percolators.

Maintenance / repair cooking equipment includes multifunctional pots, cooker sets, pressure cookers.
