Studies relating to the development of Flood Risk Prevention Plans for the Girou risk basin

the service provider will carry out studies related to the flood phenomenon, the definition of issues and the development of PPRIs. The contract will include a firm tranche: Preliminary analysis, Hazard study, Environmental Assessment, Request for case-by-case review, Study of issues, Development of regulatory zoning, Elaboration of the PPRN file, Public inquiry, Answers to the remarks of the investigating commissioner and finalization of the file. The services will be the subject of a contract with optional tranches in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2113-4 to R.2113-6 of the Public Order Code. The results of these services are detailed in article 9 of the CCTP under the heading "Expected deliverables"
