The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicines to the hospital pharmacy – in accordance with the name and quantity specified in the price tasks. The subject of the contract has been divided into tasks. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders as described below:

Task No. 1 – enoxaparin – the offer should apply to the entire task without breaking down into individual items;

Task No. 2 - MEPOLIZUMAB drug program treatment of severe allergic IgE dependent asthma and severe eosinophilic asthma - the offer should apply to the entire task without breaking down into individual items;

Task No. 3 - osimertinib drug program - - the offer should apply to the entire task without breaking down into individual items;
