The mission to be entrusted to the project manager will include the following elements:

- a preliminary mission element: diagnosis,

- a basic mission "reuse or rehabilitation" of building structures including:

- the preliminary draft (AVP),

- Project studies (PRO),

- Assistance to works contracts (ACT), endorsement of execution studies,

- Directorate of Works Execution (DET),

- Reception Operations Assistance (AOR).

The purpose of this call for applications is to select the candidates admitted to submit an offer during the consultation on the project management for the interior restoration of all the Collegiate Church Saint-Martin.

The part of the projected financial envelope assigned to the works by the owner is 1 450 000 EUR (HT).
