Delivery, implementation, productive commissioning and operation of software for digital care and treatment documentation in accordance with the Hospital Future Act Funding Fact 3 (KHZG FTB 3)

The tender includes the delivery, implementation, productive commissioning and operation of software for digital care and treatment documentation in the UKA in accordance with the requirements and mandatory criteria of the KHZG FTB 3 (§19 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 3 KHSFV), whereby the scope of services explicitly refers only to the establishment of continuous, structured electronic documentation of care and treatment services. The establishment of a system for the automated and voice-based documentation of care and treatment services is expressly not part of this tender.

The implementation includes the integration into the existing hospital information system (HIS) ORBIS as well as an integration into the IT landscape of the UKA and the operation in the data center of the UKA (on-premise) including the necessary central hardware components and the software components necessary for their use (operating system, database, etc.). Cloud operation is out of the question.
