1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the organization of guarded bathing areas, providing rescue services for designated guarded sea bathing sites within the indicated deadlines by organizing, locating and equipping rescue stations, in accordance with applicable regulations, providing qualified rescue staff and supervision over their work, ensuring appropriate social conditions for life-saving staff, providing signage and equipment designated water areas in technical, life-saving and auxiliary equipment, signaling devices, warning devices and medical equipment, in accordance with applicable regulations and cooperation with the Contracting Authority as part of the implementation of the "Blue Flag" program.
Providing rescue service of the guarded beach in DziwnówThe following beach sections have been designated for the implementation of the subject of the contract: Dziwnów sea bath: from the descent to the beach at Żeromskiego Street in the eastern direction to the descent to the beach at Parkowa Street – 500 m of beach; sea bathing area Dziwnów "Przymorze": east of the mouth of the Dziwna River at the descent to the beach from Przymorze Street, length of the shoreline of the bathing area – 100 m of beach from the mouth; sea swimming pool Dziwnów "Polish Paratroopers": at the descent to the beach from the street of Polish Paratroopers on the western side of the mouth of the Dziwna Strait, the length of the shoreline of the bathing area – 100 m of the beach; Dziwnów "Słoneczne" sea bath: west of the entrance to the beach from Słoneczna street – 100 m. Number of rescue stations: 1 rescue station for every 100 m of guarded beach. Rescue service of positions at the Dziwnów sea bathing area from the descent to the beach at Żeromskiego Street in the eastern direction to the descent to the beach at Parkowa Street: in the period from 15 June to 30 June – 9 people (including 3 rescue stations with 3 lifeguards), in the period from 01 July to 31 August - 15 people (including 5 rescue stations with 3 lifeguards each), Rescue service of positions at the sea bathing in Dziwnów "Przymorze", "Paratroopers Polskie" and "Słoneczne": - in the period from July 1 to August 31 - 3 people (1 rescue station with 3 water rescuers). Working time of rescuers during the implementation of the contract: every calendar day from 9:00 to 17:00.
Providing rescue services for the beach guarded in ŁukęcinThe following section of the beach has been designated for the implementation of the subject of the contract: sea bathing in Łukęcin 2 with a length of 100 m west of the entrance to the beach from Bajkowa Street; sea bathing in Łukęcin 2 with a length of 100 m west of the entrance to the beach from Spacerowa Street. Number of rescue stations: 1 rescue station for every 100 m of guarded beach. Rescue service of the above-mentioned positions: in the period from 15 June to 31 August – 3 people (1 rescue station with 3 water rescuers). Working time of rescuers during the implementation of the contract: every calendar day from 9:00 to 17:00. Dates of opening and closing of the seaside resort in Łukęcin 2 in the period from 15 June to 31 August in 2022: in the period from 15 June to 31 August, a guarded beach with a length of 100 m with 1 rescue station and a cast of 3 lifeguards, on the section of the beach west of the entrance from Bajkowa Street; in the period from June 15 to August 31, a guarded beach with a length of 100 m with 1 rescue station and a cast of 3 lifeguards, on the section of the beach west of the entrance at Spacerowa Street.
Providing rescue services for the beach guarded in MiędzywodzieThe following section of the beach has been designated for the implementation of the subject of the contract: sea bathing in Międzywodzie from Westerplatte Street to Szkolna Street – 600 m of beach. Number of rescue stations: 1 rescue station for every 100 m of guarded beach. Rescue service stations: in the period from 15 June to 30 June – 9 people (including 3 rescue stations with 3 lifeguards), in the period from 01 July to 31 August – 18 people (including 6 rescue stations with 3 lifeguards each), Working time of rescuers during the implementation of the contract: every calendar day from 9:00 to 17:00. Dates of opening and closing of the sea bathing in Międzywodzie in the period from June 15 to August 31, 2022: in the period from June 15 to June 30, a guarded beach with a length of 300 m with 3 rescue stations and a cast of 9 lifeguards, on the section of the beach from the entrance at Wojska Polskiego street to the west, in the period from July 1 to August 31, a guarded beach of 600 m with 6 rescue stations and a cast of 18 lifeguards water, from the entrance to the beach at Szkolna Street to the entrance to the beach at Westerplatte Street
Providing rescue service of the guarded beach in DziwnówekProviding rescue services for the guarded beach in Dziwnówek: The following beach sections have been designated for the implementation of the subject of the contract: Dziwnówek sea bath with a length of 400 m of coastline, including: 100 m to the west and 300 m to the east of the entrance to the beach from Kamieńska Street. Number of rescue stations: 4 (1 rescue station for every 100 m of guarded beach). Rescue service of the above-mentioned positions: in the period from 15 June to 31 August – 12 people (3 water rescuers for every 1 rescue station), Working time of rescuers during the implementation of the contract: every calendar day from 9:00 to 17:00. Dates of opening and closing of the sea bathing in Dziwnówek in the period from June 15 to August 31, 2022: in the period from June 15 to August 31, a guarded beach with a length of 400 m with 4 rescue stations and a crew of 12 lifeguards, on beach sections, including: - west of the entrance from Kamieńska Street - 100 m; - to the east of the entrance at Kamieńska Street – 300 m.
