— Thermophotography. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency administers an considerable number of buildings in region West. This includes major values in the form of electrical technical systems.
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency executes some of the electrical installation works by using own resources. However, major parts of the operations and maintenance of the electrical installations are provided through external companies that are engaged via the operation and maintenance organisation in the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency.
The contract owner of the framework agreement concept will be the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, the Property and Facility Management. Administration of the contract will be through the procurements department.
All departments included in the Norwegian Defence Estate Agency's organisation can use the agreement within given geographical areas.
The framework agreement can also be used by the entire Norwegian armed forces, i.e. all departments that are included in or under the Royal Ministry of Defence, and which manage and operate their own buildings in the stated geographical areas.
The tenderer shall submit tenders in accordance with the division of tender contest areas. See the tender documentation.
The tender prices shall be based in geographical locations and neighbouring ares. See Point 1.1 in the tender documentation's Part III.
