1. The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing by the Contractor for the benefit of the Employer of a long-term bridging loan.

1. The subject of the contract is the award and servicing by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a long-term bridging loan, on the following terms:

a) loan amount: up to PLN 68,000,000

(b) interest may only be charged on the debt actually used,

(c) for the accounting year, 365 days shall be adopted,

(d) security: own promissory note in blanco,

(e) the system of repayment of capital and interest:

– repayment of principal and interest will take place by 31.12.2025,

− the repayment of the capital will take place after receiving funds from the budget of the European Union. If the refund is not received, the capital will be repaid from WM's own funds,

− the interest repayment will occur in monthly periods,

(f) interest rate: based on WIBOR 3M rate,

(g) the commission on the provision of credit will be charged and will charge the Ordering Party subject to the launch of the loan. The commission will be charged on the actual amount of credit running (from the amount of each tranche running),

(h) The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to start the credit without incurring additional fees and commissions.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract and are given in point 21 of the SWZ (below).

3. The Contracting Authority, according to the disposal of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract.

4. The subject of the contract concerns the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020.
