1. The subject of the contract is to perform investor's supervision in the implementation of the investment entitled: "Construction of a multi-family residential building with services and an underground garage in the area of Komorska Łukowska Kawcza streets on Dz. ew. No. 163/6 from precinct 3-05-09 in Warsaw".
2. The scope of the contract includes, m.in:
1) checking the contracting authority's documentation and supporting the Contracting Authority in the preparation and conduct of the procurement procedure for the selection of the contractor for the investment,
2) advising on the optimization of renewable energy sources (RES) solutions as part of the investment,
3) performing investor's supervision over the design and implementation of investments,
4) acceptance and settlement of investments.
3. The scope of work is specified in the description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex 10 to this SWZ, and the functional and utility program (hereinafter referred to as "PFU") which constitutes Annex 11 to this SWZ.

3. The scope of work is specified in the description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex 10 to this SWZ, and the functional and utility program (hereinafter referred to as "PFU") which constitutes Annex 11 to this SWZ.
4. The Contracting Authority declares that it is entitled to dispose of the property for construction purposes in the area of the streets: Komorska, Łukowska, Kawcza (cadastral plot no. 163/6, precinct no. 3-05-09).
5. The contracting authority shall not condition the possibility of submitting a bid on the participation of the contractor in the on-site inspection. The contracting authority enables and recommends to carry out, before the deadline for submitting tenders, an on-site inspection in order to check the conditions related to the performance of the subject of the contract in advance. The Contracting Authority leaves the on-site inspection to the Contractor's decision. The cost of the on-site inspection shall be borne by the Contractor. An on-site inspection may take place after prior appointment. The interested Contractor will be obliged to send two working days in advance the proposed date of the on-site inspection and a list of persons (name and surname) who are to take part in the inspection in electronic form. The contracting authority does not provide explanations during the on-site inspection – the vision is to be used to show the object. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of a site inspection from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00.
6. If one of the Contractors submits a request for a site inspection, the Contracting Authority shall immediately notify the other Contractors of its date.
