Karasjok municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for engineering design services related to building and construction works. Karasjok municipality has plans for major expansions regarding sectors for health care, schools and technical infrastructure.
The framework agreement can be divided into 6 different contracts.
1) Project group — architectural/landscape services for project group management;
2) ITB coordinator;
3) Interior design and furnishing;
4) Environmental clearance works;
5) Geotechnical consultancy services (RIG) (must provide support for all disciplines);
6) Project group for HVAC and sanitation, including the Project management function.
The framework agreement period is 4 years.
1) Architectural/landscape architect services for the following disciplines that are to be included in the project group:
— engineering design group manager, buildings (project manager buildings/BIM coordinator),
— structural engineering (RIB),
— fire engineering (RIBr),
— sanitary and ventilation — consulting engineer, HVAC including sanitary installations (RIV and RIVent must also be subject to engineering design for water and sewage treatment plants),
— heating and cooling,
— acoustics (RIAku),
— building engineering (RIBfys),
— electrical installations/ICT — (RIE/RIAut) (must also be subject to engineering design for water and sewage treatment plants).
ITB coordinator engineering design and execution.
Must ensure the interior decorating part of a construction project. Colours and furnishing. From the draft project stage until and including acquisition.
Identify and prepare clearance plans for municipal buildings that are subject to demolition works related to new building projects.
Engineering design for geo-engineering. Water and sewage for construction projects.
HVAC and sanitation including relevant disciplines for the group:
— engineering design group management for HVAC and sanitation (PGL VVA),
— engineering design services for roads, water and sewage systems, including pump stations,
— engineering design services for processing plants for sewage treatment,
— engineering design services for processing plants for water treatment.
