Fraport AG (AG) implements construction and maintenance projects of various sizes, technical characteristics and spatial locations. Accordingly, the area of responsibility includes new buildings, new installations, extensions, conversions, modernization, repair and maintenance work. for various projects of the following five site-specific object clusters:

• Terminal building,

• Service and administration buildings,

• Flight operations areas/technology (runway system, taxiways, aircraft positions, etc.)

• Technical infrastructure (traffic facilities, supply and disposal),

• Central infrastructure (baggage handling systems, baggage handling technology).

The subject of the tender are services, the responsibility for various construction projects resulting from the Construction Site Ordinance (BaustellV) for the Client in terms of occupational safety, including comprehensive support for the Client to ensure the best possible occupational safety during planning and construction execution.

It is not possible to predict the number of projects to be completed per year. The expected order volume is approx. € 500,000 net per year. The Client undertakes to purchase a minimum quantity of 100,000 per cent. €250,000 net per calendar year. In the case of maturities during the year, the minimum purchase quantity is adjusted linearly.

For this award procedure, the services according to the BaustellV are to be provided for various projects of the five object clusters mentioned under II.1.4). The tasks to be taken on include, in particular:

• taking into account the general principles according to § 4 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act,

• sending the necessary advance notices to the competent authority,

• the use of appropriate coordinators when employees of several employers work on the construction site,

• the preparation of safety and health protection plans for construction sites on which employees of several employers work and advance notice is to be provided, or where employees of several employers work and particularly dangerous work is carried out in accordance with Annex II of the Construction Site Ordinance, and

• Compiling the documents for later work on the structure.

The total maximum value of the contract over the maximum possible term, including extension options, is estimated by the Client as follows: approx. € 5.2 million.

For the receipt of the complete procurement documents, the information under VI.3 must be taken into account. Interested companies must submit a confidentiality agreement.

The confidentiality declaration is part of the document "Self-declaration of suitability" or "Proof of suitability for the application to participate".
