The subject of the contract is the provision of Support and Development services for the following IT systems operated by the Ordering Party:

a) Generator of Applications for Co-financing (GWD)

b) National Payment Application Generator (GWPK)

c) Module COLLECTORS (KOLETORY)

d) DOM system (DOMA).

A detailed description of the IT systems covered by the services under the subject of the contract and the detailed scope of services provided is presented in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Draft Provisions of the Agreement).

The term of the contract:

The Contracting Authority requires that the contract be performed for a maximum period of 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the maximum contract value referred to in §5 section 1 of Annex 4 to the SWZ is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

The subject of the contract is the provision of Support and Development services for the following IT systems operated by the Ordering Party:

d) DOM system (DOMA).

Support and development services shall be provided for not less than 5,000 man-hours and not exceeding 15,000 man-hours for the duration of the contract.
