The Church of Norway requests to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of hotel services in connection with the holding of church meetings from 2015 to 2017.

The church meetings is a working meeting held once a year with a duration of 7 days. It is important that participants have good working conditions, when the work is done in the widest extent throughout the day with plenary gatherings/committee meetings up to 22:00.

The hotels must have comfortable, modern and flexible training/conference facilities adapted for groups of 8-300 people.
