The Population Register Center requests a tender for a portfolio management service in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes.

The purpose of the acquisition is a joint browser-based, software-based, browser-based software service (hereinafter referred to as the Project Portfolio Service) supporting the management of the project / project portfolio. The Project Portfolio Service is implemented as a complete service as provided by the vendor (so-called Software as a Service model), covering licenses, service platform, technical support, user and license management, deployment project training, support services, and administrator training.
