Open procedure, pursuant to art. 60 and 114 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as well as derogated from the provisions of Decree-Law No. 77 of 2021, converted, with amendments, by Law No. 108 of 2021, and by Decree-Law No. 13 of 24 February 2023, for the award of the works "Municipality of Quartu S.Elena - reorganization and rationalization of the sewerage network of the town center I Lot of completion activation of the sewerage system Zona Musicisti" - ID 2004-318 - with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer on the basis of the of the best quality/price ratio. The project concerns the rationalization of the emissary sewerage of the urban center of Quartu S. Elena with the aim of conveying the wastewater to the consortium treatment plant of Cagliari, called "Is Arenas".
In addition, the implementation of the intervention will allow the disposal of the black flow from the collection of wastewater from the municipalities of Settimo San Pietro, Maracalagonis, Sinnai and the hamlet of Quartucciu.
The design solution involves the execution of the following works:
• Construction of the sections of gravity collectors with the microtunnelling technique with a length of 283 m (between the P1 structure and the existing manhole - Pes) and 103 m (between the P3 structure and the new SP1 lifting station) respectively.
• Construction of the new SP1 pumping station adjacent to the existing plant in Via Parini;
• Construction of DN900 cast iron pressure pipe from the new SP1 lifting to the P4 connection and connection to the existing box. The length of this section is about 1087 meters.
