Conversion and renovation of Halls 2 and 3, Bahnmeisterei and Lokschuppen
The construction project consists of two halls of a
former freight yard.
The existing structure will be retained, only
carried out building-preserving measures as well as
necessary upgrades of fire protection have been carried out.
The halls are single-storey and completely bypassable.
The construction site is very easy to reach and offers sufficient
Space for the necessary construction site logistics.
The buildings are made of solid brick masonry, which

Reinforced concrete truss construction covered with pumice concrete slabs

The following work is planned:
Insulation of roofs
Distribution of rental space
Renewal of doors, gates and windows
Creation of accessible access.
Upgrading of the roof structure
Renovation of the existing masonry.
With different substructures and different waterproofing procedures
as well as insulation, approx. 4,500 m².
All sections take place at the same time.
Halle 2
- Doubling of the existing construction
- New occupancy with sandwich panels approx. 3,300 m²
Club
- New roof made of reinforced concrete
- Insulation waterproofing bitumen or equivalent approx. 480 m²
Halle 3
- Demolition of asbestos surfaces in the roof area and on the façade
- Opening of roof parts for the shell construction
- Doubling of the stock and new laying of sandwich panels 3,000 m²
Halle 4
- mechanical fastening of the roofing membranes
- Application of additional insulation incl. mech. Fortification
- Application of roofing membranes
