Næstved District Heating A.m.b.A will expand the district heating supply area in Næstved. In this connection, district heating supply will be established in the Bird Quarter and Erantisvej.

The present tender covers areas 2A and 16 and the work mainly concerns the establishment of approx. 4.5 km of main lines primarily made with single pipes and mainly in series 3 and in dimensions from ø42 – ø114 as well as service lines corresponding to approx. 3.5 km. The contract thus includes earth, construction and forging work as well as pipe delivery. The work will be carried out in residential and commercial areas.

The tender includes service lines from consumers who have entered into an agreement with Næstved District Heating at the time of the tender. Within the schedule, the contractor must be able to withstand the execution of service lines for customers who sign up for district heating supply during the execution of the project. The work is expected to be carried out with more trench fronts for main lines and more digging teams for service lines.

Within 48 hours, the contractor must be able to provide an additional digging team, which applies to both main and service lines, if deemed necessary for the progress of the work and compliance with the schedule.

Wires are located on both public and private land. The developer has obtained general permits for the location of the wiring.
