The stipulations of this contract concern: the acquisition, verification and maintenance of fire safety equipment for buildings in Limoges Métropole — urban community.

The licensee is responsible for the annual verification and regulatory maintenance of the safety and compliance of fire extinguishers and associated systems: water extinguishers, powder extinguishers, CO2fire extinguishers, flame trace system (automatic detection cabinet), automatic extinguishing system for kitchen hoods.

The licensee is responsible for the annual audit and regulatory maintenance of the safety and compliance of smoke outlets.

The holder is responsible for the annual verification and regulatory maintenance of safety and compliance of associated fire safety systems: fire detection systems, fire safety systems, alarms type 4, all types of detectors (optical, thermal...), manual triggers, sound diffusers, sirens of all types.

The incumbent will be responsible for monthly, semi-annual and annual audits and regulatory safety and compliance maintenance of associated safety lighting systems (non-exhaustive list):

— Autonomous Evacuation Safety Lighting Blocks (BAES);

— Autonomous Ambient Security Lighting Blocks (BAES); and

— Luminaires on centralized source (LSC).
