The subject of the contract is the development of strategic documents for carrying out an ecological inventory for the city area together with

with the expertise of the municipal rainwater drainage as part of the task

mon: "Purchase of a service in the field of ecological inventory for the city area" as part of the project "Zawiercie – development of documentation

as part of the support for the development of cities POPT 2014-2020" (grant under the project POPT.03.01.00-00-0239/18 "Increase in the potential of cohesion policy beneficiaries in the area of conducting effective urban policy").

1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1) Execution of an expert opinion on rainwater sewerage located in the road lanes of municipal public roads, internal roads of the Municipality of Zawiercie, internal roads owned by the Municipality of Zawiercie and plots of the Municipality of Zawiercie together with the inspection of TV sewerage,

2) Development of a plan for the renovation of rainwater drainage

3) Development of the Retention Plan – indication of the location and type of retention reservoirs and new water receivers and a variant concept of the rainwater sewerage system along with the indication of new technical possibilities.

2. A detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is attached as Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ.

3. In addition, the Contractor's obligations related to the performance of the contract are also specified in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) attached to the SWZ.

4. Warranty:

1) The Contractor shall be liable to the Ordering Party for physical and legal defects under the warranty within the time limit and on the terms set out in point 2.

2) The Contractor grants the Ordering Party a 3-year quality guarantee for the subject of the contract.

3) The Ordering Party is not obliged to check the quality of the documentation made.

4) Any approval by the Ordering Party of documentation or other objects or activities related to the performance by the Contractor of the subject of the contract, or the preparation of the acceptance protocol referred to in § 6 section 3 of the Agreement, does not release the Contractor from any liability for defects in the subject of the contract or its part.

5. Employment obligation on the employment contract.

Due to the fact that the activities performed by persons during the execution of the contract do not exhaust the concept of an employment relationship, the Ordering Party does not provide for the requirement to employ people under an employment contract.

6. Description of the subject of the contract does not require accessibility to persons with disabilities, no regulation shall be made in the scope of Article 100 (1) of the Pzp Act.
