Outdoor facilities Restoration of fire brigade access, courtyard areas and south garden

The works described in the LV, divided into 3 chapters, include in Chapter 1 the restoration of four inner courtyards between components BT1 to BT4,

in Chapter 2 the restoration of intensively designed outdoor facilities with fire brigade access between components BT1, BT2 and BT3 and in Chapter 3 the

Restoration of the south garden in the southeast of the hospital property.

The works described in the LV, divided into 3 chapters, include in Chapter 1 the restoration of four inner courtyards between components BT1 to BT4,

in Chapter 2 the restoration of intensively designed outdoor facilities with fire brigade access between components BT1, BT2 and BT3 and in Chapter 3 the

Restoration of the south garden in the southeast of the hospital property.

In chapter 1: The area to be processed in the 4 inner courtyards is a total of approx. 500 m2. This includes the work as follows: Repair and cleaning

of natural stone coverings (made of polyg. Natural stone slabs approx. 271 m2, scree strips made of quarry stone 74 m2; incl. bed boundary steel strip approx. 135 m); Filling of

Planting joints approx. 15 m3; Preparation and upgrading of vegetation layers approx. 165 m2; New planting of 7 solitary shrubs (small trees),

Perennial planting approx. 213 m2; Renewal of 3 farm drains, drainage of precipitation water from downpipes by means of a seepage pack approx. 7 m3

Repair of irrigation system in the 4 courtyards; Demolition of floor spotlights with cable connections about 21 pcs., of 3 yard sink boxes and otherwise.

Demolition / preparatory work on a small scale.

In chapter 2: The area to be processed in the outdoor facilities with fire brigade access between components BT1, BT2, BT3 is a total of approx. 4865 m2. Thereto

count the work as follows: Maintenance of woody and perennial areas in the outer courtyards and along the fire brigade access road approx. 282 m2; Ground work approx.

132 m3, grading and densification of traffic areas approx. 1310 m2; Repair and cleaning of natural stone coverings (made of polyg. Natural stone slabs approx. 220

m2; made of small stone paving approx. 311 m2; from paving bar approx. 292 m2; eaves strips and gravel beds made of quarry stone approx. 423 m2); Construction of FEZ pavement from

Lawn grid stones approx. 1003 m2 with concrete support approx. 500 m; asphalt works on the footpath made of gravel mastic asphalt approx. 64 m2; Repair of

irrigation systems in the two farms; Repair of approx. 6 courtyard drains, installation of approx. 7 bollard luminaire foundations, incl. trenches for approx. 90 m

Cable laying; Repair and cleaning of economic / equipment (benches approx. 15 hours, waste containers approx. 8 hours), installation of

Traffic signs approx. 5 hours and fire brigade path markings made of round wooden piles approx. 45 hours; Preparation and upgrading of vegetation layers approx. 1120 m2;

New planting of 3 replacement trees, planting of perennials, grasses, bulbs and tubers in the planting/dry beds and plate cracks approx. 857 pcs.;

Lawn seeding approx. 3314 m2; Demolition of heavily damaged asphalt pavement approx. 64 m2 as well as clean-up/preparatory work to a small extent.

In chapter 3: The area to be worked on in the south garden is a total of approx. 3180 m2. This includes the work as follows: Maintenance of woody and perennial areas

approx. 850 m2, covering the existing lawn area approx. 1155 m2; Upgrading of the pavement made of gravel asphalt mastic approx. 400 m2; Cleaning and

Repair work of equipment (concrete seat wall 3 hours, benches approx. 8 hours; Waste container approx. 4 pcs., bollards approx. 9 pcs and sculptures

made of cast stone approx. 3 hours); New planting of 8 solitary shrubs and of wild perennials 240 pcs., sowing work fat / wet meadow approx. 2780 m2;

Tidying up / preparatory work in the south garden to a small extent.
