The Intermediate Community Dermatology service would be appropriate to a high-quality GP with Special Interest (GPwSI) accredited service and accredited GPwSI-led healthcare with consultant oversight for Croydon registered adults and children who have a minor or moderate dermatological condition appropriate for management in this setting.
NHS Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group (the ‘Contracting Authority’) is offering a contract to the successful Bidder which would be appropriate to high-quality GP with Special Interest (GPwSI) accredited service and accredited GPwSI-led healthcare with consultant oversight for Croydon registered adults and children who have a minor or moderate dermatological condition appropriate for management in this setting.
The Contracting Authority is seeking the following objectives to be provided by the successful bidder:
— Equitable;
— Accessible to patients, timely, provided as close to home as possible;
— Responsive to the individual, with due regard for protected characteristics;
— Designed to promote and support self-care and management as far as possible;
— Able to deliver value for money with clear, measurable quality outcomes to patients;
— Have robust governance arrangements in place in order to demonstrate that service provision is clinically safe and of high-quality.
