Execution of construction works under the project: "Dredging of the approach track and internal waters of the Port of Gdynia – stages I and III and reconstruction of quays in the Port of Gdynia – stages II and III", investment task entitled "Reconstruction of quays in the Port of Gdynia – task 2 Stage III. "Reconstruction of the Hel Quay in the Port of Gdynia" along with obtaining a decision on the use permit for each of the two implementation sections.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) Execution of reconstruction of Nab. Hel I and the western section of Nab. Oksywskiego (reconstruction divided into two implementation sections – section I, which includes stages I and II and section II, which includes stages III and IV)

2) Demolition of the bottom reinforcement and execution of drainage works in the belt of ca 50 m along nab Helski I, in accordance with the extract from the design documentation "Construction project for the reconstruction of internal waters of the Port of Gdynia to a depth of 16 m" and the Decision of the Voivode of Pom. No. 28z/2021/DT of 25.05.2021

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) Reconstruction of the Hel Quay I and the western section of the Oksywski Quay (reconstruction divided into two implementation sections – section I, which includes stages I and II and section II, which includes stages III and IV), including, among others:

a) demolition of existing elements of the Hel I and Oksywski Quays together with surfaces, networks and equipment of underground and above-ground infrastructure as well as necessary demolitions in the area of the task,

b) construction of a new construction of the Hel Quay I and a section of the Oksywski Quay together with equipment,

c) construction of an additional lifting rail on the Hel Quay I,

d) implementation of new sanitary installations,

e) implementation of new electrical-power and teletechnical installations,

f) execution of a new concrete surface with drainage,

g) demolition of the bottom reinforcement made of geotextile bags along the length of the reconstructed section of the Hel I quay,

h) obtaining a decision on the use permit for each of the two above-mentioned implementation sections.

2) Demolition of the bottom reinforcement and execution of drainage works in the belt of ca 50 m along the Hel I quay, in accordance with the extract from the design documentation "Construction project for the reconstruction of internal waters of the Port of Gdynia to a depth of 16 m" and the Decision of the Pomeranian Voivode No. 28z/2021/DT of 25.05.2021 on the building permit.

3) In addition, in the event of the occurrence of works or activities necessary to perform the Subject of the Contract, resulting from the design documentation or the need to obtain permits falling within the scope of the Subject of the Contract, the Contractor will perform these works and activities and obtain the necessary permits at its own expense and effort. The Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor appropriate powers of attorney for the performance of the above obligations

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 388 point 2 letter c) of the Act:

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding a contract to the existing Contractor of Construction Works, in the mode of a free hand contract, consisting of the repetition of similar construction works in the scope of:

(a)demolition works;

(b)hydrotechnical works;

(c)electrical and telecommunications networks and installations;

(d)sanitary nets and installations;

(e)works;

(f)earthworks;

(g)road works and greenery;

- representing not more than 30 % of the value of the basic contract. These contracts will be awarded on the terms set out in § 17 of the Model Contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ

The first implementation section consists of Stage I and Stage II. The construction site for the first implementation section will be handed over to the Contractor no earlier than 01.06.2023.

The second implementation section consists of Stage Iii and Stage NO. IV. The construction site will be handed over to the Contractor in its entirety after obtaining a permit to use the First Implementation Section.

The section on which the construction works will be carried out will be excluded from use for the duration of the works (within the scope of the transferred work area). The remaining part of the quay and the remaining areas of the container terminal will be operated, which the Contractor must take into account in the organization and valuation of the works.

The Ordering Party informs that on 14.12.2022, at 12:00 p.m., it will conduct a local inspection, which will enable the Contractors to thoroughly familiarize themselves with the place of work and learn about the local conditions of implementation. Meeting point: in front of the main entrance to the BCT building – Baltic Container Terminal Sp. z o. o., 81-127 Gdynia; Kwiatkowskiego 60. Participation in the on-site visit is optional. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of conducting an additional on-site inspection at a different time at the request of the Contractor, while the Ordering Party shall inform all Contractors about a possible additional on-site inspection on the website of the procedure.
