The Capital Region of Denmark, Centre for Real Estate (hereinafter CEJ) and Centre for IT and Medicoteknologi (hereinafter CIMT) wish to enter into a 3-year agreement with an option for a 1-year extension (divided into 4 sub-agreements with two suppliers each) for electrician services at all hospitals in the Capital Region of Denmark, excluding Bornholm. CEJ and CIMT wish to cooperate in which the supplier's resources are included as a fixed and planned part of the total staff at the individual hospitals, for CEJ's joint operating unit and also as assistance in connection with CIMT's operational tasks.
