The subject of the procurement is the services of the launch of public e-services as part of the EE-SERVICES project, according to the records contained

in the Detailed Description of the Order Subject, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority shall inform that, where the Contracting Authority has described the subject of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approval, technical specifications and technical reference systems, equivalent to those described are permitted. A Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority shall prove that the proposed solutions satisfy the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.

Part I of the order: purchase and implementation of the Central E-Services Portal for all Partners.

Under the order, the Contractor shall, in particular, perform:

• Consistent portal system for all Project Partners designed in the presentation layer as a single web page, in an application layer based on individual systems/system instances managed by local administrators.

• Common geodetic system (available from the portal system) for Task Partners designed in the presentation layer as a single map portal to provide public e-services in the field of Urban Spatial Area Plan (MPZP) and Study Spatial Terms and Directions (SUiKZP) in an application layer based on individual management applications for MPZP and SUiKZP locally managed.

• Training from systems.

The Public Procurement Agreement will be concluded separately with each Project Partner based on the value of the contract specified in the tender form for the Partner concerned.

Part II of the order: purchase and implementation of field systems and their integration for the Municipality of Moszczenica.

In the framework of the contract, the Contractor shall, in particular, perform:

• Courtyard system and EOD system for the Municipality of Moszczenica with the launch of a locally implemented system for payment, notification and verification of the obligations of taxes and fees of the Office stakeholders also available from the portal system.

• Training from systems.

The public procurement agreement will be concluded with the Community Partner of Moszczenica.

Part III of the order: purchase and implementation of field systems and their integration for the City of Bochnia.

In the framework of the contract, the Contractor shall, in particular, perform:

• Courtyard system and EOD system for the City of Bochnia with the launch of a locally implemented system for payment, notification and verification of the obligations of taxes and fees of the Office stakeholders also available from the portal system.

• Training from systems.

The public procurement agreement will be concluded with the Municipality Partner of the City of Bochnia.

Part IV of the order: purchase for the implementation of field systems and their integration for the City of Gorlice.

In the framework of the contract, the Contractor shall, in particular, perform:

• Courtyard system and EOD system for the City of Gorlice with the launch of a locally implemented system for payment, notification and verification of tax obligations and fees of the Office stakeholders also available from the portal system.

• Training from systems.

The public procurement agreement will be concluded with the Municipality Partner of the City of Gorlice.

Part V of the order: purchase and implementation of the EOD system for the Municipality of Uście Gorlickie:

In the framework of the contract, the Contractor shall, in particular, perform:

• EOD system for the Municipality of Uście Gorlickie.

• Training from systems.

The public procurement agreement will be concluded with the Municipality Partner Uście Gorlickie.

Part VI of the order: the purchase and implementation of the field systems and their integration for the Municipality of Bobowa.

In the framework of the contract, the Contractor shall, in particular, perform:

• Courtyard system and EOD system for Bobowa Municipality with the launch of a locally implemented system for payment, notification and verification of the obligations of taxes and fees of the Office Stakeholders also available from the portal system.

• Training from systems.

The public procurement agreement will be concluded with the Community Partner of Bobowa.

Part VII of the order: purchase and implementation of field systems and their integration for the Municipality of Korzenna.

In the framework of the contract, the Contractor shall, in particular, perform:

• Courtyard system and EOD system for the Municipality of Korzenna with the launch of a locally implemented system for payment, notification and verification of the obligations of taxes and fees of the Office stakeholders also available from the portal system.

• Training from systems.

The public procurement agreement will be concluded with the Municipality Partner of Korzenna.

Part VIII of the order: Purchase licenses and equipment for all Project Partners.

The order includes delivery, placement, configuration of computer hardware, and license delivery for Project Partners.

Public procurement contracts will be concluded with each Partner separately in accordance with the scope set out in Annex 8c to the SWZ.
