It is intended to carry out a comprehensive building renovation at the workshop building of the vocational schools Kirchhain. With the comprehensive building renovation, a fire protection concept is implemented in addition to an energetic renovation of the thermal outer shell, the building services.

The building is a free-standing existing building (68.8m x 60.40m) single-storey construction with flat roof (inner core shed roof) on the school grounds in Kirchhain.
