The acquisition includes the support, maintenance, development and professional services of the Microsoft 365 environment produced for the Police Polytechnic University and Salvation University.

The acquisition includes the support, maintenance, development and professional services of the Microsoft 365 environment produced by the Police Polytechnic Institute and the Salvation University (hereinafter referred to as “Procurement Unit” or “Procurement Units”).

The service provider must be able to provide service for modules from different aspects of the Microsoft 365 environment. The modules consist of the following subdivisions:

1. Security

2. IDENTmanagement

3. Applications

4. Device Management Cloud Environment (Option)

The service provider shall be able to provide service for different modules in the Microsoft 365 environment with a three-level structure consisting of the following levels of service:

1. Support service (1st level)

2. Microsoft 365 environment management and maintenance (2nd level)

3. Continuous monitoring and development of the Microsoft 365 environment (3rd level)
