Prostneset shall be developed with a total of three buildings:
— The port terminal: Regulated gross area 6 300 + 3 850 m² that will house a goods terminal, bus terminal and passenger terminal with service functions for travellers.
— Offices for Tromsø Havn KF: Regulated gross area 1 000 m² and will primarily house office premises.
— The business building 'Amundsengården': Regulated gross area 2 800 m² and shall include offices and business premises for rent.
The contract will be based on a turnkey model in which a partnering contract shall be signed between the cooperating participants.
The Port Authority shall approve the preliminary project, and initiation of the implementation stage is therefore subject to such approval.
