I. Cd. from section II.1.1. "in the commune of Dąbrowa Górnicza" Stage I and Stage II and reconstruction of the railway and road infrastructure in the area of the station Dąbrowa Górnicza, including the liquidation of the category A rail-road crossing at km 299,522 of railway line No. 1 along ul. Konopnicka, construction of a railway viaduct / road tunnel at the height of Kościuszki St. and Limanowskiego St. and the construction of an underground passage under the tracks connecting the platforms with the station building and the Interchange Center, as part of the project entitled: "Improving safety at the intersections of railway lines with roads - stage III ".

II. Description of the subject of the contract in section II.2.4.

I. Material scope implemented for PKP PLK SA:

- construction of an underground passage under the railway line connecting the platforms with the Dąbrowa Górnicza station building and the planned Transfer Center as well as the park & ride car park at ul. Kościuszki and parking at ul. Limanowski (Passage),

- reconstruction of the track layout of the Dąbrowa Górnicza station enabling the replacement of three tracks with one parallel to track 2 of railway line 1, with the option of traveling around the wagons through a shunting locomotive,

- reconstruction of the platform and track system of the Dąbrowa Górnicza station, taking into account the field reserve for planned investments,

- reconstruction of the overhead contact line, lighting, electric heating of switches, change of power supply to the abovementioned devices, railway traffic control system (srk) within the Dąbrowa Górnicza station,

- liquidation of a category A rail-road crossing at 299.522 km of railway line 1 along ul. Konopnicka

- construction of a railway viaduct / road tunnel at the height of ul. Kościuszki and ul. Limanowski, including power and sanitary installations (Viaduct),

- works resulting from the construction design, related to the construction of the structure of facilities under the railway line transferring loads from rolling stock, removal of collisions in the area of PKP in connection with the implementation of facilities, liquidation of crossings.

II. Material scope implemented for the commune of Dąbrowa Górnicza:

- construction of a road connecting ul. Sobieskiego with ul. Kościuszki and ul. Kolejowa along with the construction of the Transfer Center and park & ride parking,

- road construction along with pedestrian and bicycle traffic along ul. Kościuszki to ul. Limanowski (near the Viaduct),

- linking the Viaduct with the existing road system,

- reconstruction of the road with drainage, lighting, pavement and bicycle route

Within ul. Kolejowa, on the section from the intersection with ul. Kościuszki to the intersection with ul. Konopnicka

- construction of the passage along ul. Konopnicka at the site of the liquidated category A rail-road crossing at 299.522 km of railway line 1

III. The detailed scope of works for the commune of Dąbrowa Górnicza is determined by construction and detailed designs, bill of quantities, STWiOR - technical documentation, which constitutes Annex 11 to the ToR.
