The designed building of the District Court and District Prosecutor's Office in Przysusze will be an object with three above-ground floors and one underground, incorporating the current communication system, the existing development and the location of the underground infrastructure. The facility will be equipped with necessary and required equipment regulations, installations and components of permanent equipment tailored to the functions of individual premises and sanitary requirements. Function: The Kat XII Public Utility Building is designed for justice for two institutions operating independently of each other, i.e. District Court in Przysusze and District Prosecutor's Office in Przysusze. The building consists of: office rooms, hearing rooms, meeting rooms, archives, utility rooms associated with petent service (administration offices, stakeholder service office), social, storage and technical spaces. The building will be divided into zones: public, limited access, specially protected and inaccessible. The scope of activities of the replacement investor shall include: the stage preceding the start of the supervision of construction works, the Substitute Investor shall provide comprehensive investor supervision in all specialties resulting from the investment task in accordance with the law of 7 July 1994. Construction law, construction project, executive design and technical specifications for the performance and reception of construction works in all specialties annex 2 to the contract for the provision of services of the Substitute Investor and activities related to in kind and financial settlements of the investment task, the stage after the signing of the fault-free final reception protocol of construction works, the activities performed at each stage of the implementation of the investment.
