The purpose of the contract is to carry out a cost study of legal protection measures for adults. This market is divided into two parts:

- collect information to determine indicators of average hourly load and average costs, by major types of services and analyze them by relating them to the average profile of protected persons,

- provide detailed information to estimate the workload and the costs involved, by major categories of benefits for each protected adult.
