The procurement concerns a Framework Agreement for the purchase of servers, network equipment, AV equipment and other computer equipment such as cables, junctions, etc.
The contract includes:
— procurement of servers and other computer room equipment,
— procurement of network products,
— procurement of AV products,
— delivery logistics,
— service for warranty and ad-hoc service.
The service provider must be able to provide and carry out warranty servicing as well as provide additional equipment suited to the contracting authority's existing server and network platform, consisting of Dell, Lenovo, HPE servers, network components from Cisco, HPE and Aruba, and IBM Storwize V7000 storage solutions.
We want to use new technology as it matures and can be adapted to our service and safety levels.
The contract comprises i.a., but is not limited to:
— personal printers and scanners,
— digital photographing: Camera, video and equipment,
— ICT additional equipment and ICT supplies,
— servers and server components,
— network components such as switches, routers, etc.
— security components such as firewalls, etc.
— infrastructure components such as storage solutions, etc.
— video-meeting equipment,
— AV equipment.
The Contracting Authority requires that the tenderer's product range reflects the breadth, trends and technological development in the market. The tenderer shall at all times be able to deliver the latest models on the market, but also have standard models with stable configurations.
