The scope of the construction measures resulting from the planned new tunnel construction for the Starnberger See wastewater association was discussed in the course of an upstream requirements planning in coordination with the project developer of the tunnel construction project. The result was 3 lots. The subject of this procurement for Lot 2 is the engineering services required for the service profile of engineering structures in accordance with Section 43 HOAI for the laying of the channels in the area of the north portal (part 1).

In addition to the sewers of the Starnberger See sewage association, private house connections are also affected, which also need to be adjusted. In addition, interim measures will be required during the relocation of the channels, which must also be integrated into the entire package of measures. The tunnel drainage is planned by the State Building Office Weilheim.
The subject of this award procedure is the tender for Lot 2 - North Portal Part 1:
In the area of the north portal, a division of the sewage and rainwater sewer is to be carried out. The waste water sewer DN400 STZ and the rainwater sewer DN400 concrete are currently in the B2 area and must be relocated from the street area. For this purpose, a division corridor between the grounds of the police in Starnberg (Rheinlandstrasse 1) and the petrol station (Münchner Strasse 5) was specified by the State Building Office in Weilheim. The sewer network is connected in Rheinlandstraße. The rainwater sewer must be connected to the DN500 SB main sewer approx. 70 meters. A new shaft has to be installed at the sewage canal. The connection is made in approx. 95 meters on the Rheinlandstraße. 2 shafts have to be renewed in the course of the work. The new main channels are to be connected directly to the bottom of the shaft. In the course of the renovation work, a new connection line and a new house connection control shaft for the dirty water are to be built for the properties at Münchner Straße 8 and Münchner Straße 8b. The requirements planning suggests an open construction in the double pipe trench. Due to the limited space available, a compact overhead method is necessary. Due to the proximity of the buildings, work should be as free from vibrations as possible. It is expressly requested that alternative construction methods be put forward as part of the award procedure. The crossing of the B2 in the course of the divisional work on the waste water sewer system may be carried out at night. Any intervention in the traffic area of the B2 must therefore be coordinated with the Starnberg district authority - traffic authority.
The order consists of the basic services for the specialist planning of engineering structures for plants and structures for wastewater disposal (Section 41 No. 2 HOAI), service phases 1 to 9 according to Section 43 (1) HOAI. The following special services are also offered:
- Detailed, cross-object, integrated planning of the construction process, especially considering the construction process of the tunnel project and the resulting changed road layout,
- detailed planning of construction phases,
- local construction supervision (note: a daily presence for local construction supervision is required),
- examination of the supplementary offers of the construction companies,

- cost control,
- Monitoring the elimination of defects within the limitation period.
