The present contract concerns the collection / transport and treatment service of biodegradable kitchens and canteens (CER 20.01.08) from the collection activity carried out in the territory under the jurisdiction of Sistema Ambiente SpA

1.2) Pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2, last sentence, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, the collection / transport is a secondary service;

1.3) the assignee of the service will have to provide for the collection of the aforementioned waste made available by the customer at its plant located in via Ducceschi snc, S. Angelo in Campo, Lucca, with the frequency specified below (art. 7 of the CSA ), and the subsequent treatment at the plant (s) authorized in accordance with the law;

1.4) to guarantee the regular and continuous collection of the waste in question, the contract is divided into 3 (three) lots.
