The Ortenau district intends to award hybrid postal services (including outgoing mail software) as a framework agreement on 01.11.2023. In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, the "Deutsche eVergabe" procurement platform used is available under the project access of this award procedure (cf. para. I.3)) provides brief information on the project, the key points of the tendered service and the handling of the award procedure according to VgV for download. The brief information is also accompanied by forms for the application for participation, which must be used by candidates in the context of the competition. After completion of the participation competition, the applicants selected in the participation competition will be provided with a detailed task description.
The services essentially comprise the following individual services:
- delivery, set-up and maintenance of the outgoing mail software required to handle hybrid mail;
- printing, folding and enveloping of electronically transmitted letters (up to 1,000 g; incl. registered mail);
- Transport and delivery of letters (including registered mail) throughout Germany and abroad.
