management in compliance with the principles of waste management set out in
applicable legislation.
The Ordering Party allows the following waste recovery processes:
R1 - Use primarily as a fuel or other means of generating power
R3 - Recycling or reclamation of organic substances which are not used as
solvents (including composting and other biological transformation processes)
R5 - Recycling or recovery of other inorganic materials
R12 - Exchange of wastes for submission to any of the listed processes
in items R1 to R11
The Contracting Authority shall authorise the following waste disposal processes:
D8 - Biological treatment, not specified elsewhere in this Annex, as a result of
the final compounds or mixtures which are disposed of for
by any of the processes listed in items D1 to D 12.
